Holman Lincoln Mercury Focuses on Complete Customer Satisfaction
The new Holman Lincoln Mercury dealership in South Jersey is more
than your typical automobile dealership – it’s a new
approach to retail and commercial site design where form truly meets
function with a single goal in mind: complete customer satisfaction.
Styer & Associates was brought into this project not only for
its interior design expertise, but as a complete full scope lead
contractor. Styer worked within the corporate product’s (Lincoln
Mercury) architectural, interior design, and landscaping standards,
while also creating new custom designs (ultimately approved by Lincoln
Mercury) to accommodate the new property.
A full project scope was requested of the Styer team, including
but not limited to architectural design, coordination of all engineering
issues, construction management, and project management during the
entire project (from demolition to completion). The location was
built from the ground up and Styer also handled all core interior
design aspects, including all finishes utilized throughout the space.
